Mega Power Star Ram Charan underwent a special workout regime for action and romantic entertainer Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which is gearing up for grand release on the eve of Sankranthi. Upasana Kamineni Konidela, the Mega Bahu, who is popular for sharing the updates about Ram Charan and his upcoming projects, took to her Twitter to share a workout video of her hubby. She captioned it, “My RAM-bo working out on set before a tough action sequence. It’s freezing & he’s shirtless – Mr C ur a true hero – @kannan_kanal thanks for keeping him company ur fights r super #RamCharan.” Ram Charan’s workout video is going viral on social media sites and the fans especially Mega fans are going gaga over it.
The sources say that the focus is on building a body that’s strong as well as athletic. While Ram Charan has been trained in horse riding since his childhood, the actor has taken it to an all new level to perform the tough action sequences while riding. The action sequences of Vinaya Vidheya Rama are choreographed by Kanal Kannan.
Ram Charan has undergone a complete physical transformation for Boyapati Srinu’s directorial venture Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which is arriving at the theaters on 11th January 2019.
Few days ago, Upasana took to Instagram to share the details of Ram Charan’s diet and exercises that he followed to achieve a perfectly toned body. She also revealed that his trainer asked him to stay away from dairy, alcohol and red meat as well. According to Rakesh Udaiyara, the diet program was devised for three weeks, but it works best if people try to follow it for at least 45 days.
