Ram Gopal Varma is currently busy in the promotional activities of his upcoming bilingual Kannada and Telugu movie Bhairava Geetha. It’s Kannada version will be out on 7th December on Election day whereas Telugu version will be arrived at the theaters on 14th December. Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV has confirmed this news via a tweet, “@ThathSidd ‘s #BhairavaGeetha Kannada Release on 7th ..Telugu release on 14 th @Dhananjayaka @Irra_Mor.” According to the actor Dhananjaya, Bhairava Geetha was something which happened unexpectedly.
Dhananjaya, who rose to fame through his character Daali in Tagaru, hopes to create the same sensation with his next Bhairava Geetha. The bilingual film, made in Kannada and Telugu is helmed by Siddhartha Thatholu, and also marks his debut in Tollywood. Irra Mor is playing the female lead in Ram Gopal Varma’s film.
Recently during the media interaction Dhananjaya said, “Bhairava Geetha was something which happened unexpectedly. Who knew that Ram Gopal Varma’s calibre would watch Tagaru and offer me a movie? I hadn’t even met Ram Gopal Varma before that. But, Bhairava Geetha has turned out to be a big launch for me in Tollywood, and one more amazing film in Kannada.”
When Dhananjaya was asked about his role in Ram Gopal Varma’s Bhairava Geetha, he said, “I am playing the role of a coolie and it’s a film based on the fight between two class of people. I am confident that it will succeed.“ He added that though Bhairava Geetha has been tagged a violent love story, the undercurrent of it is a fight between the feudal and labour class and it has been very realistically presented.
On the other side, Ram Gopal Varma is also busy in his next upcoming directorial venture Lakshmi’s NTR, based on the life of late Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh NTR.
