Rana Daggubati, who is waiting for the release of Aranya/ Haathi Mere Saathi, has teamed up with director Milind Rau for his next. According to the latest reports, the Baahubali and Ghazi fame has signed a new film with director Milind Rau of Gruham fame. The sources say that Rana Daggubati starrer film Milind Rau has been titled Dheerudu, which is touted to be a supernatural thriller and it will be bankrolled by Suresh Productions in association with Gopi Achanta.
Milind Rau met Rana Daggubati before the latter’s wedding and discussed the possibilities about the possibility of an upcoming film with him. Rana Daggubati who was quite impressed with the story line, gave his nod and now the movie has been titled Dheerudu.
The movie Dheerudu will be shot in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. The regular shoot of this film is expected to commence early next year.
Last year, Nene Raju Nene Mantri fame actor Rana Daggubati announced that he is going to work with Venu Udugula’s Virata Parvam, which has Sai Pallavi in the female lead role and Nandita Das, Priyamani in important roles. The film was supposed to release earlier this year. However, it got postponed due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the lockdown.
