Baahubali and Ghazi fame Rana Daggubati has multiple projects in his kitty. One of them is multilingual drama Haathi Mere Saathi. Rana Daggubati has already wrapped up the shoot of Haathi Mere Saathi in the direction of Prabhu Solomon. Currently Haathi Mere Saathi is in the post production stage. The makers have locked the release date and the film Haathi Mere Saathi will be released on 2nd April 2020 in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
The makers confirmed the release date of Haathi Mere Saathi by releasing a new poster. In the first look poster of Rana Dagagubati is seen in a tribal getup.
The major part of Haathi Mere Saathi has been shot in Thailand, Sri Lanka and Kerala in thick forests. Apart from Rana Daggubati, the film also has Pulkit Samrat, Zoya Hussain and Shriya Pilgaonkar in the crucial roles. Haathi Mere Saathi is titled Aranya in Telugu and Kaadan in Tamil, which is being bankrolled by Eros International.
Rana Daggubati starrer Haathi Mere Saathi is all about the story of a mahout and an elephant. It is not the remake of Hindi movie which was released in 1970 and Rajesh Khanna essayed the lead role. The story of Aranya is said to be completely different and he will be seen portraying the role of Bandev.
