Samantha Ruth Prabhu is all set to play the role of A Tamil bis*xual woman who runs her own detective agency in an upcoming film Arrangements of Love. In this film, she will be seen from a conservative family, who wants to make her own choices as she is an independent, strong-minded woman.
The movie is helmed by BAFTA-winning director Philip John, and is produced by Guru Films, who previously bankrolled woman centric movie Oh! Baby, also starring Samantha in the lead role. Arrangements of Love is an adaptation of the bestselling 2004 novel of the same name by Timeri N. Murar. According to the latest report, Baahubali and Nene Raju Nene Mantri fame Rana Daggubati was the one who encouraged the producer to narrate the story of Arrangements of Love to Samantha.
The sources say that Sunitha Tati was wondering whether to approach Samantha Ruth Prabhu for the lead role for her upcoming film, Arrangements of Love. However, it was Rana Daggubati who asked the producer to go for the actress.
When Sunitha Tati narrated the story to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the actress seemed curious about the story and agreed to come on the board.
It is known that Samantha received worldwide acclaim for her work in the Amazon Prime Video series The Family Man Season 2 co starring Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani.
