Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Rana Daggubati of Baahubali, Ghazi and Nene Raju Nene Mantri fame is all set to essay the role of Sobhan Babu in the biopic. The challenge of making a biopic is that the viewers should be able to connect the cast with real-life personalities.
The sources say that the makers of Sobhan Babu biopic are considering the name of Rana Daggubati to play the titular role. Now we have to wait and see whether Rana will give his nod for this biopic or not.
Sobhan Babu made his film debut in Bhakta Shabari in 1959, but Daivabalam was released earlier at the box office.
