Sukumar’s directorial venture Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni which was released on 30th January 2018, has turned out blockbuster at the box office. The sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad, cinematographer Rathnavelu and Art director Ramakrishna received lot of applause for their work.
This time art director Ramakrishna hits jackpot with Rangasthalam. Ramakrishna works in one film at a time but makes news with each of them. He shot to fame with his metallic installations in Andala Rakshasi and fabulous fantasy sets in Sahasam. Sukumar saw his work in Jyo Achyutananda and offered him Rangasthalam. He and his wife Monika, who worked as a team, made news for their sets in Rangasthalam. They perfectly recreated a Godavari village.
According to the latest update, now he has been roped in NTR biopic, Varun Tej & Sankalp Reddy’s Space film and the debut film of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s son-in-law, Kalyan. Interestingly, in these three films, two belong to Mega family only.
Currently Ramakrishna is busy in Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Savyasachi’, directed by Premam fame Chandoo Mondeti in which Nidhhi Agerwal is playing the female lead.
