According to the latest report, Urmila Matondhar purchased the office space and finalized the property deal in the last few days of December 2020.
Her new property spans a little over a 1000 square feet and is considered to be prime property due to its location. Urmila’ office building of Urmila is located on Linking Road in Khar west. The usual rent for office spaces in this building runs between Rs 5 to 8 lakhs a month.
The sources revealed that Urmila Matondhar bought an office on the 6th floor of the building from a businessman and sealed the deal on 28th December 2020. The reports are coming that Rangeela girl Urmila Matondkar spent Rs 3.75 Cr for her brand new office.
Urmila Matondhar is now one of the candidates recommended by Sena for Legislative Council from Governor’ quota.
