Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is currently basking in the success of his recently released film Krack in which he shared the screen space with Shruti Haasan of Gabbar Singh fame. Now, Ravi Teja has collaborated with debut director Sarath Mandava for an upcoming drama.
Sarath Mandava is a former associate of popular biggies from the South entertainment industry namely Venkatesh Daggubati, Kamal Haasan, Thala Ajith Kumar, Malayalam star Mohan Lal, etc. Touted to be a unique thriller with a story inspired by true incidents, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja will be essaying a never-before-seen role in the movie. The upcoming project of Ravi Teja was launched on the occasion of Ugadi this year and the regular shoot is expected to commence very soon.
Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, this movie is going to be a period drama set in the early 1900s. The sources say that Sarath Mandava wrote the story of his movie based on a true incident that happened in the early 90s. It is also being heard that Rajisha Vijayan of Karnan fame will play the female lead in Ravi Teja starrer.
Apparently, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja will be donning a completely new look for this upcoming flick, which resembles the vintage 90s style.
