The young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni will be seen playing the lead role in upcoming action drama Red, which is remake of Tamil blockbuster movie Thadam. As the theaters, cinema halls have been closed, the release of several films have also been stalled. Red was initially slated to hit the theaters on 9th April.
But with the coronavirus scare, there is no clarity on the theatrical release of Ram Pothineni starrer. The sources say that the makers of Red are considering a digital release soon. Finally Ram Pothineni came forward and refuted the rumor.
Ismart Shankar fame Ram Pothineni said that the film Red will hit the theaters very soon. The young actor also mentioned that he is not in a dilemma whether to release it on the OTT platform. Ram is waiting to see his fans watch Red on the big screen. Ram Pothineni is playing the dual role in this much awaited film Red.
Ram Pothineni’ film Red is directed by Kishore Tirumala and it has Nivetha Pethuraj, Malavika Sharma and Amrutha Aiyer as leading ladies. The reports are coming that a big digital streaming company offering Rs 20 Cr to the producer to release the movie Red directly on its platform.
