Revenue Employees Union has demanded that the ACB should stop the searches and inspections to harass the tasildars in the revenue offices.

APR Revenue Employees’ Union has declared that it is not appropriate to harass employees by attacking revenue offices to target Tasildars. He reminded that the government is responsible for providing a positive working environment to the revenue employees by providing minimum infrastructure facilities and minimum funds in the offices.

President of the Revenue Employees’ Association Bopparaju said that the state government should reconsider the raids of the anti-corruption department in the revenue offices and the sufferings and difficulties of the revenue employees are not unknown to the government.

AP Revenue Services Association state president Bopparaju Venkateswarlu asked how they can confirm that a bribe has been taken if cash is found in the car of the revenue officials in Krishna and Tirupati districts. Hitavu said that it is not right for the government to harass the employees. A state executive meeting of the association was held on Sunday at a private hotel in Tirupati. He opined that there is no quality in the performance of lower level employees due to lack of proper training in the revenue department.
