The controversial film maker RGV aka Ram Gopal Varma knows how to be in the limelight. The maverick filmmaker took to social media to heap the praises on KGF : Chapter 2 and the director Prashanth Neel for proving the true potential of the Kannada film industry. There is no denying that director Prashanth Neel’ magnum opus KGF: Chapter 1 starring Yash has boosted the morale of the Kannada film industry and today its second part KGF: Chapter 2 has arrived at the theaters.
Ram Gopal Varma spoke about Bollywood comparing with KGF 2 and Baahubali 2, and wrote on Twitter, “What do you think the Hindi film industry (aka Bollywood) will be thinking about how a Kannada dubbed film #KGF2 and a Telugu dubbed film #Bahubali2 are the biggest ever openers in the history of Hindi cinema ???”

The traders are expecting that KGF 2 (Hindi version) will earn approx Rs 38-39 Cr. There is no stopping for director Prashanth Neel, whose film KGF: Chapter 2 has hit the theaters today. Also, the director is in the news headlines because of his next project Salaar starring Prabhas and Shruti Haasan.
