The web drama The Family Man 2 starring Manoj Bajpayee, Samantha Akkineni and Priyamani, left the ‘Lonavala mein kya hua tha’ mystery unresolved. The web drama marked Samantha’ debut in the digital world. Recently during the media interaction, Manoj Bajpayee said that he wants to be overshadowed by his co-actors.
The B town actor also spoke about Samantha Akkineni, his co-star in the web series, “ I really wanted Samantha Akkineni to make such an impact with her debut in the series and that too you know a series made by Raj DK and Suparn Verma.” The web drama is receiving positive response from the viewers. Today morning the film maker Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV took to his twitter to share his review on The Family Man 2.
Officer and Sathya fame RGV wrote, “The Family Man 2 gives rise to a realistic James Bond franchise which can go on forever .Mixing family drama/action/entertainment is complex and can only be pulled off by an incredible actor like Manoj Bajpayee as he treads the very fine line between realistic and dramatic.”
The second season of The Family Man came out on Amazon Prime Video earlier this month and has been enthusiastically received by the fans as well as critics.
