RK Roja refuted YS Sharmila’s claims about her dedication to AP state. Roja questioned Sharmila’s sincerity regarding the welfare of AP state by bringing up her past remarks, in which she described herself as a “child of Telangana” for four and a half years.
Roja pointed out that Sharmila had totally identified herself with Telangana politics for four and a half years and now she is creating the unnecessary disturbances in AP as the state Congress president.
She mocked APCC chief Sharmila saying that the people are finding her struggle in Andhra Pradesh amusing. Roja stated that the APCC chief is spewing venom against AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
She said, “YS Sharmila lacks awareness of politics in Andhra Pradesh. Her actions and statements make it clear that Chandrababu Naidu is scripting her statements for creating the disturbances in state.”
Roja cautioned against YS Sharmila being manipulated as a pawn in political agendas of opposition leaders, particularly Chandrababu Naidu and Congress party.
Roja also said, “APCC president Sharmila has no understanding of Andhra Pradesh politics and is parroting scripts given by Chandrababu Naidu.”
