Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is all set to make his digital debut with Disney+ Hotstar’ upcoming thriller series Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness which is releasing on 4th March. Recently during the media interaction, he shared several interesting things regarding his professional life. Rudra actor said, “My job is to entertain. I love the big screen and I love to watch OTT as well in my personal time. After the Coronavirus pandemic, OTT platforms have multiplied much more. The actors have so much scope and so many new things to do. The way the times and the technology are changing, in the future there will be a lot of firsts.”
When Ajay Devgn was asked if there is no pressure of chasing box office numbers anymore courtesy the massive growth of the OTT space and the movies taking the digital route for releases, to which Ajay Devgn replied: “Actors never chase the box office. Superstars do.”
He added that he want appreciation. He wants his honesty to get noticed. He strives for quality. Of course, the ticket window sales do help. It’s a bonus. The box office numbers alone can’t dictate the way I work or what he strive for.
On the otherside, Ajay Devgn will also be seen playing the important role in SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR.
