SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan holds the record of being the only Indian film to be in the top 5 on the list of most popular films currently on the popular international movie Data Base Company (IMDB). RRR rating is higher than any other Hollywood movie on the list of IMDB.
The recent Oscar-winning CODA movie topped the list, followed by Death on the Nile, Marbius and Batman. The makers of RRR also confirmed the same by sharing a post on official Twitter handle: RRR Movie at Top #5Only Indian film in the most popular movies on IMDB.
RRR which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment was released on 25th March 2022. There’s no denying that RRR is racing towards the Rs 1,000 Cr mark with absolute ease. Till Monday, Rajamouli’ magnum opus collected Rs 800 cr worldwide gross at the box office and crushed the collections record of Aamir Khan starrer PK and Rajinikanth starrer 2.0.
The traders are saying that Charan and Tarak starrer RRR will easily surpass the businesses of Aamir Khan starrer Secret Superstar and Salman Khan starrer blockbuster drama Bajranji Bhaijaan, to be among the top 3 highest-grossing Indian films.
