The upcoming multi-starrer action drama RRR, which is helmed by SS Rajamouli is undoubtedly one of the much awaited films of the year. The pan-India movie which has Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, is all set to hit theaters on 7th January. The promotional activities are in full swing for the heavy duty action drama.
In the latest media interaction, the Hindi language version distributor of RRR, Jayanti Lal Gada revealed that Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR will not be arriving on OTT anytime soon post its theatrical release. He added, “RRR will arrive on OTT at least 75 days or more post its theatrical release.”
We have already reported that ZEE5 and Netflix own the post theatrical digital streaming rights of RRR. The movie’ Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions will be made available on ZEE5, Netflix will stream Hindi, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish and Spanish versions of RRR.
The movie which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya, has the music by MM Keeravani of Baahubali fame, starring Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan as Alluri Sitarama Raju. Apart from them, the movie also stars Iris actress Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody in the crucial roles.
