SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan continues to impress critics and audiences alike in the West. And now, the blockbuster has also begun its campaign at the award shows. According to the latest report, RRR has won another international award, this time for its score. Los Angeles Films Critics Association announced that the music director MM Keeravaani was the winner of this award for giving an extraordinary score. Besides LAFCA, the Boston Society Of Film Critics also crowned MM Keeravaani for his work. The award for the two categories has gone to MM Keeravani for the movie RRR and director SS Rajamouli has been categorized as a runner-up.
RRR’ was SS Rajamouli’s first film following the hugely successful 2017 blockbuster Baahubali 2: The Conclusion starring Rebel star Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushak Shetty and Tamannah Bhatia. ‘RRR’ started streaming on Netflix about two months after it was first made available in theatres. The OTT giant claims that in June, the Hindi version of RRR became the most popular Indian film on Netflix worldwide.
Now all eyes are on Rajamouli’ next project which has Mahesh Babu in the lead role and the story of this film is being penned by Vijayendra Prasad.
