Saaho starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor is doing superb collections at the box office. Though the movie was slammed by the critics on its opening day but it is on record breaking spree at the box office. But according to the trader report, the dream run of Prabhas starrer Saaho will end very soon. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Prabhas’ next upcoming film which is tentatively titled Jaan has been shelved. The romantic entertainer, which has DJ and Aravinda Sametha fame Pooja Hegde, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar of Jil fame under UV Creations Banner was launched long ago and the makers have already competed the first schedule in foreign locations.
After wrapping up the first schedule of Jaan, the makers halted the shoot as Prabhas wanted to wrap up the shoot of Saaho first and later he participated in the promotional activities of the film vigorously. The sources also say that the other reason for putting Jaan on hold was this too requires huge budget close to Rs 150 Cr. Now after seeing the box office run of Saaho, the makers of Jaan are not willing to start the shoot.
It is heard that as Saaho is getting lukewarm response from major sections, the producers of Jaan have decided to shelve Jaan.
