According to the latest buzz on social media, Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor are going to play the lead roles in ‘Ramayana’. The reports are coming that Sai Pallavi has been roped in to play Goddess Sita’ role whereas Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing the role of Lord Ram whereas KGF star Yash will essay the role of Raavan. Nitesh Tiwari is making Ramayana with them. Ramayana is expected to go on floors in the first quarter of 2024.
Earlier the rumor were rife that Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s names were being considered to play the role of Sita. Greek God of Bollywood Hrithik Roshan was rumored to feature as Lord Ram. But now the reports are coming that Sai Pallavi and Brahmastra actor will share the screen space in Ramayana. Nitesh Tiwari is coming out with an extravagant project on Ramayana.
The sources say that Madhu Mantena, a popular movie producer has shared big plans about making Ramayan into a 3 part movie with Nitesh Tiwari taking the director’s seat.
This upcoming project Ramayana will also mark Sai Pallavi’ debut in Bollywood.
In Tollywood, Sai Pallavi was last seen playing the lead role in women centric movie Gargi, which was average at the box office. She has just now started shooting for NC23.
