After delivering back to back hit movies such as Majili and Oh Baby, now Samantha Akkineni is coming up with another Telugu film Jaanu, in which she is sharing the screen space with the young actor Sharwanand. Jaanu is a remake of Tamil film 96 in which Trisha Krishnan and Vijay Sethupathi essayed the lead roles. Now according to the latest update, the makers of Jaanu have locked the trailer release date of Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni starrer.
Jaanu trailer will be unveiled on 29th January at 5 pm. Sharwanand took to his Instagram account and announced the trailer release date with a beautiful still.
Jaanu, the romantic drama will hit the silver screens on 7th February. Directed by C Prem Kumar, and is bankrolled by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film Jaanu went on to the floors from July 2019 and was wrapped up in October 2019. The major part of the movie Jaanu was shot in Kenya, Visakhapatnam, and Hyderabad.
Sharwanand is playing the role of a wildlife photographer in the film. Jaanu is all about the story of high-school sweethearts meeting again after years during a school reunion and reminiscing of their time together. Mahendran Jayaraju N has handled the cinematography while Praveen K L is the editor of this film.
