About this film Samantah said, “But being a modern girl, I relate to that character. Shakuntala’s character connects with today’s girls. Playing the role of Shakuntala is a big responsibility for me as an actress. Before that I was scared. That’s why i said no when Guna Shekhar asked. I just played the role of Razi. Shakuntala should look very beautiful in her role now. A dignity- and grace should be seen in the character with beauty in every frame. I think I have done justice to the role. The reason for that is that my director and producer are satisfied with my performance.”
