Samantha Akkineni enjoys huge fan base in both Telugu states. A bubbly and sprightly public image with power packed performances is Samantha’ domain. She is a multi-talented actress. Recently Samantha Akkineni climed 3500 steps from Alipiri to Tirumala to offer prayers to Lord Venkateshwara. In Tirumala, she was surrounded by people to take selfies. initially Samantha tried to avoid but later agreed for the selfies when the fans pleaded her for it. But later Samantha apparently lost her cool with a person’s annoying behavior. He was recording Samantha’ movement which is when she got upset. She warned him not to take pics. Now a video is going viral on social media where Samantha is seen giving warning to her fans.
On the work front, Samantha was last seen in Jaanu, remake of Tamil hit film 96, in which she shared the screen space with Sharwanand but unfortunately the movie has failed to impress the movie lovers.
Recently Samantha also signed Vignesh Shivan’ directorial venture Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal, which has Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara in the lead roles. She will also be seen working with Prasanna in Aswin Saravanan’s next movie. The sources say that Ashwin Saravanan approached Samantha to play the lead in his film.
