Sampoornesh Babu joins Nagarjuna

According to the latest update, the release of Sampoornesh Babu has been postponed. Earlier it was supposed to hit the theaters on 2nd August but now it will be released on 10th August 2019. In this manner Sampoornesh Babu starrer Kobbari Matta will compete with Akkineni Nagarjuna starrer romantic entertainer Manmadhudu 2, which is releasing on 9th August.

Kobbari Matta is an spoof action comedy film directed by Rupak Ronaldson. Sampoornesh Babu be seen in the roles of three generations- Paparayudu, Pedarayudu, and Android. Ishika Singh is playing the female lead. The story of the film is penned by Steven Shankar, the director of Hrudaya Kaleyam. Apart from the lead pair, the film also has Shakeela, Mahesh Kathi and Gayathri Gupta in supporting roles.
Nagarjuna and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Manmadhudu 2 is helmed by Rahul Ravindran and is bankrolled by Annapurna Studios. Samantha Akkineni and Keerthy Suresh will be seen playing cameos in this film. Now we have to wait and seen that who will win box office race- Sampoornesh Babu or Nagarjuna.
