Earlier, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Ram Charan were seen playing the lead roles in the period action film ‘Rangasthalam’ which was released in the year 2018. This film was directed by Sukumar, who has also directed ‘Pushpa’. It is being said that this will be a rural sports drama film. This film RC16 will be based on Kabaddi game. During an interview Buchi Babu Sana had said that he had been working on the script of this film for about four years.
