Coronavirus outbreak has taken a massive toll on the film industry as theatres have been shut and movie releases are being pushed indefinitely. Many people have lost their livehoods because of Coronavirus. Number of celebrities from the Telugu film Industry are giving support to the needy people and showcasing their human side by donating millions of rupees for a good cause.
The actors from Tollywood are doing charity but Fidaa helmer Sekhar Kammula does everything without public knowledge. Sekhar Kammula has identified people from the transgender community who have lost their livelihood and helped them by providing them basic needs and groceries. This news is confirmed by a transwoman Rachana Mudraboyina on her Twitter.
Rachana Mudraboyina took to Twitter account to thank Sekhar Kammaula for his help and said , “ Once again the director Sekhar Kammula has proved that he has a kind heart. He serves the needy and poor people. Thank you for standing with the Transgender community of Hyderabad during this lockdown when we have no work and no money. Expecting more such humanity from Telugu Film Industry.”
On the work front, Sekhar Kammula is currently working for romantic drama Love Story in which Sai Pallavi and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are playing the lead roles.
