It is known news that currently the creative and talented film maker Shankar who is popular for delivering 2.0, Robo and I, is currently working with versatile actor Kamal Haasan for an upcoming big budget film Indian 2, which is being bankrolled by Lyca Production but now the reports are coming that before resuming the shoot of Indian 2, Shankar is planning to helm a multistarrer in which Kannada star Yash will play the lead role. The upcoming untitled film will also have artists from across the country.
However, Yash has Narthan’s film post KGF : Chapter 2. Kajal Aggarwal, who is playing the female lead in Indian 2 said that she would shoot for the film later. So Shankar is now planning for a multistarrer and apparently approached KGF fame star Yash to play one of the leads in his film. Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi is also expected to play one of the key roles.
The director Shankar is believed to have approached the Telugu industry as well as Bollywood for this film However, an official announcement regarding this project of Shankar is yet to be made.
On the otherside, Shankar’ directorial venture Indian 2 also has Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simhaa, and Priya Bhavani Shankar in key roles.
