Simran Kaur Mundi made her acting debut in the Hindi film Jo Hum Chahein, which was released in 2011. Prior to make her entry in film industry, she was a successful super model and was crowned Miss India Universe 2008 in Mumbai in 2008. She made her debut in Telugu film industry with the movie Potugadu in which she shared the screen space with Manchu Manoj. Now according to the latest update, Simran Kaur Mundi has been roped in Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer upcoming romantic film Radhe Shyam, which is helmed by Radhe Krishna Kumar of Jil fame.
Recently during the media interaction, Simran Kaur Mundi said she that her happiness surpassed when received the call from the makers of Radhe Shyam. Her casting agent revealed about the call and without any second thoughts she signed.
When Simran Kaur Mundi was asked about her role in Radeh Shyam, to which she replied, “Presently, I can only reveal that it’s for an important character, around which the plot revolves. You will just need to watch the movie Radhe Shyam to see what I am doing in it.”
Simran Kaur Mundi concluded it by saying, “I am just grateful for the opportunity bestowed upon me and to be able to work with entire team of Radhe Shyam.”
