SAS Infra, a Hyderabad based company is going to build the tallest skyscraper in  the South India in Golden Mile layout at the Kokapet. According to the latest report, it will be a fifty seven storey building and the height of the skyscraper, SAS Crown, will be 228 meters in the Golden Mile Layout at Kokapet. Spread across 4.5 acres, the building will have the 5 towers comprising 235 residences. It is being heard that HMDA granted permission for the construction of the tallest building and  Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority also approved it recently.

 The sources say that  SAS Crown will overtake a 50 storied building in Bengaluru city and will become the tallest skyscraper in the South India. A person associated with the project revealed that  the construction of this tallest building has been started and the project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025. The cost is Rs 8,950 per sft in SAS Crown with the starting price of each residence pegged at Rs 6 Cr and the cost are expected to increase in coming days.

The building will have 1 apartment per floor and after the construction,  it will become the tallest skyscraper in  the South India.
