We had already reported that Jagan has filed an exemption plea which allows his lawyer to appear court instead of him, in the cases related to possession of disproportionate assets. Now, from the latest update, we bring to your notice that Special Court for Central Bureau of Investigation cases at Hyderabad admitted for hearing the plea of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s exemption plea.

B R Madhusudhan Rao who is the judge of CBI court judge has reviewed Jagan’s petition on which grounds the plea can be admitted as there were a couple of situations where the plea was got rejected by the same court twice. Per the reports, later the Jagan has moved to High Court for the petition at where it was got rejected too. In the past, Jagan sought exemption before appearing to CBI court citing reason to attend Pada Yatra and also because he was Leader of the Opposition. But, sadly those please were also got rejected by the court. Now, AP CM has cited the reason to perform the constitutional duties as CM of the state and now the court may consider his plea for exemption. The judge admitted the petition and adjourned the case to September 27, reportedly.
