The controversial Telugu actress Sri Reddy thanked Income Tax (IT) Officials, who conducted the raids on Telugu Producer Suresh Babu and Natural Star Nani’ residence and offices. Suresh Babu is the father of Abhiram Daggubati, who is ex-lover of Sri Reddy. Sri Reddy who is very happy with IT raids on Suresh Babu said, “IT Raid is happening on Suresh Babu. Hats off to it, Jai Modi Ji.” About Nani, Sri Reddy said, “Nani karma is back of u.”
On Wednesday, the Income Tax department carried out raids on the residences and offices of several top production houses of the Telugu film industry in a simultaneous exercise. Natural star Nani and producer Suresh Babu also came under the IT lens. This was the first time Nani faced IT (Income Tax) searches. Nani, who is popular for his natural performances, is one of the busiest stars in the Telugu film industry. He earns nearly Rs 30 crore per annum as he charges Rs 10 crore per film and signs three movies a year.
Sri Reddy has ruffled a lot of feathers with her bold statements about the existence of casting couch in Tollywood. She had earlier made nasty remarks and levelled serious allegations against Abhiram Daggubati, the son of Suresh Babu and Nani. Many have dismissed Sri Reddy’ actions as a publicity stunt. But Sri Reddy is saying that she will fight till her last breath. They have smashed her career.
Sri Reddy has shocked everyone last year, by doing a semi-n*ked protest at the Film Chamber. After activists and the NHRC took up the issue, MAA, the Movie Artists Association, agreed to set up redressal mechanisms for s*xual harassment in the industry.
Now Sri Reddy is very happy as the IT officials conducted the raids on Suresh Babu and Nani’ residence and offices.
