Tamil actor Dhanush has turned out to be a bankable actor, and his continuous hits made him more popular. His recently released movie ‘Karnan’, which was directed by Mari Selvaraj, reportedly grossed good numbers at the box office.
We have already reported that Dhanush’s recent blockbuster ‘Karnan’ will be remade in Telugu and the producer Bellamkonda Suresh has bagged the Telugu remake rights of Dhanush starrer hit film ‘Karnan’ in which his son Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas will play the lead role. Now the reports are coming that Bellamkonda Suresh is planning to rope Srikanth Addala to helm Karnan remake for his son.
Srikanth Addala is currently working for Narappa, starring Venkatesh Daggubati and Priyamani which is a remake of Tamil film Asuran in which Dhanush had played the lead role. Now we have wait and see whether Srikanth Addala agrees to helm the Karnan remake for Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas or not.
In Karnan, Dhanush played the role of a social fighter, who battles for his village. Now, it will be interesting to see how Karnan Telugu remake will be made, whether they will make any changes from the original version or not. Karnan will be Dhanush’ 8th movie that is to be remade in Telugu.
