Ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli‘s protege Ashwin Gangaraju is making his debut as the director with the movie Aakashavani. Actually SS Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya was been a part of the production initially but he later walked out of the project citing busy schedules. It was a friendly depart.
SS Karthikeya is occupied with the hectic work of RRR so he dropped himself from the production.
Aakashavani is a new and daring attempt in Tollywood where a Radio attempts revenge on a dreaded villain. The movie’s shooting has been completed and post production activities are currently going on. The producers made the movie on a tight budget of about Rs. 3 Crores.
As per the latest update, makers have opted to go for digital release as theatrical release is out of the question in near future. The talks are said to be in the final stages and a decision will be made very soon.
