1. Realme
On a Realme device, go to Settings app > Security > App Encryption > Enter a privacy passcode > choose the apps you want to hide > enable Hide Home Screen Icons. Now, you have to set Access Number for the app. Then you will get a message that shows a notification, “Hide Home Screen Icons, Don’t Display in Recent Tasks & Don’t Display Notifications.” If you opt to access the hidden app, then open dial pad and enter the access number that you created.

2. Samsung
To access more options, long press on the home screen > settings > Hide apps. Now, you have to select the apps you wish to hide from home screen and apps gallery. After, tap on minus symbol (-) beside certain app, if you want to remove from hidden apps list. Finally, click on ‘Done’ to hide.

3. OnePlus
If you are using Drawer, then slide to the right to enter hidden space. If you are not using drawer, then slide outwards with 2 fingers on the home screen to enter the home space. After, tap on the + icon . Now, the phone will show all the apps having on the mobile. Select the apps you would like to hide and tap on the tick mark icon. Now, close the hidden space. If you want to unhide the app, then follow the same procedure. The smartphone can also allow you to set a password to hidden space.

4. Process for Poco, Redmi, Xiaomi MI :
Take your smartphone and go to settings app and click on Apps > App Lock. Then a hidden apps tab will appear. Now, tap on the apps you wish to hide. You need to set a password for the same. If you don’t want to hide an app, then you can just lock it by the help of password under the similar procedure.

Procedure to hide photos and videos on Android mobiles
Hide the gallery app to unface your private images. On the flip side, if you want to show some of the pictures among all, then you have to download a third-party app from play store application. If it doesn’t work, then install the Gallery app from InShot. InShot contains a private section in which you can hide apps. Especially for the Realme devices, there will be Hide feature when you tap on the triple-dot button in the Gallery app.
