It came to light that a doctor in a responsible profession was doing obscene things. A case has been registered in the US state of Georgia where a 68-year-old Indian physician, Rajesh Moti Bhai Patel, s….ually abused elderly female patients who came to him. The legal department said that he committed s….ual acts against four patients who came to him for check-ups within a period of 12 months.
Rajesh Moti Bhai Patel works as a physician at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Georgia. The U.S. Department of Justice issued a statement saying that the law violated the constitutional rights of patients by committing unwanted s….ual acts under the guise of law. It has been stated that between 2019-2020, he committed s….ual abuse against female patients with the promise that they would not be harmed if they were under his care. The case will be investigated by the Department of Elderly Affairs.
US Attorney Ryan K Buchanan said, “ Rajesh Moti Bhai Patel allegedly s….ually abused his female patients between 2019 and 2020 and violated his oath to do no harm to patients under his care.”
