Supriya Yarlagadda turns villain for Naga Chaitanya

Supriya Yarlagadda is the granddaughter of the veteran actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) and sister of Sumanth. She made her debut as an actress with Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi, directed by EVV Satyanarayana and bankrolled by Mega producer Allu Aravind under the banner of Geeta Arts in 1996. The film is a remake of the Hindi movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Later Supriya moved to studies, got married and divorced to late Charan Reddy, who acted as hero in ‘Ishtam’ helmed by Vikram K Kumar and Raj Kumar in 2001. Later she made her comeback with Adivi Sesh starre Goodachari. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Supriya Yarlagadda is going to turn villain for Naga Chaitanya.

Akkineni Nagarjuna‘s niece Supriya Yarlagadda has been roped to play important role in upcoming multistarrer Venky Mama starring Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh Daagubati. The sources say that Supriya Yarlagadda’ character in Venky Mama will have negative shades and she will be essaying the role of villain.

Recently the makers of Venky Mama met Supriya Yarlagadda and discussed about the possibility of this project. Though discussions are over, Supriya is yet to join the cast officially.

Venky Mama is produced by D. Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions banner and directed by K. S. Ravindra. The film has Payal Rajut and Raashi Khanna in female leads.
