Noted Telugu producer Suresh Babu, and popular actor, Rana Daggubati are now in legal trouble. They are facing legal trouble in connection to the Film Nagar land controversy. A businessman named Pramod Kumar has lodged a criminal case against Suresh Babu and his son Rana Daggubati, alleging that they used intimidation tactics to force him to vacate land. In his complaint, Pramod Kumar stated that Suresh Babu also threatened to take his life. The complained is filed to the Banjara Hills police stating that he was forcibly thrashed by the rowdies and threatened to leave the land located at Film Nagar. Pramod alleged that Suresh Babu and his son Rana Daggubati were behind this.
Despite bringing this matter to the attention of Banjara Hills police, the complaint was ignored. The victim Pramod was compelled to seek justice from the court, which has now issued summons for Suresh Babu, Daggubati Rana, and several others to appear for investigation.
As Banjara Hills Police ignored the complaint, the victim moved the court wherein the Nampally court registered a case against the producer Suresh Babu, Rana and some others without any interference of police. The court directed Suresh Babu and Rana to attend the investigation.
