After the OTT blockbusters like “Akashame Nee Haddura, Jai Bhim”, Surya starred in the movie “Evvariki Talavanchadu” whichwas released in theaters almost two and a half years later. The producers translated this film without at least translatingthe title into Telugu. And let’s see how this translation impressed the audience..!!
Story: Lawyer Cum an Active Young man Krishnamohan (Surya). Having lost his own sister as a child..he looks after every girl as his own sister and cares for their welfare. Duringthis sequence some girls in his hometown commit suicide and die due to an accident.Who was responsible for the forced killings of these girls?Krishnamohan begins to search for some unbelievable facts.
What are the unbelievable facts? Who is actually behind this series of forced murders? Is a “Evvariki Talavanchadu” storyline.
Cast: Surya always gives his best as an actor. Surya also played different shades in the film as an active young man, a younger brother who lost his sister as a child, and a lawyer.
Priyanka tried to act a bit at first but it was not a big workout. Although she looks beautiful .. she has a lot to develop as an actress. If she recognizes this quickly, she is more likely to continue as a heroine.
Vinay Roy as the villain, Sathyaraj as the father and Saranya as the mother did justice to their respective roles.
Technical Group Performance: D.Imman Music, Ratnavelu Cinematography Work Good. Imman Mass Tunes & Background Score Engaged the Audience Well. Ratnavelu Cinematography Work elevates production design.
However.. The lack of substance in the story-writing written by director Pandiraj has become a big minus. In fact, this theme is not a film to be made in 2022. Family Emotions Lack of Connectivity to Telugu Nativity,Climax 20 Minute Sentimental Sequence Too Stretching,Lack of proper justification at the end.. It goes without saying that it is difficult for the audience to swallow this film which has a lot of minus points based only on girls and family sentiments.
Society needs some concepts .. but the way it says that should also be good. If Pandiraj had taken the matter a bit more seriously, “Evvariki Talavanchadu” would have been a commercial hit. So, it has to be said that Pandiraj has failed as a narrator and director.
Analysis: Surya’s acting, Mass Elevations, some action blocks, D.Imman’s music are all notable except for the film as a whole. So, only the audience who enjoys the peak with Surya Fans & Sentiment will like this movie.
