SIIMA award ceremony was attended by many superstars from the Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam film industries. The awards night honored the actors, actresses, technicians, and films from the Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam cinema industries, which made a mark in the years 2019 and 2020. It was raining awards for celebrities, especially for movies like Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramloo’. Swaroop RSJ won the best debutant director award for his directorial venture Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya.
The movie Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya is a comedy thriller film. Apart from helming it, Swaroop RSJ also co-wrote the film with Naveen Polishetty. The comic caper starred Naveen Polishetty as the title character alongside Shruti Sharma and it was released in 2019.
Not only this, the young and talented director Swaroop RSJ also won the Sakshi Excellence award- Best Debut director award for the year 2019 for the film Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya.
The 6th and 7th edition of Sakshi Excellence Awards was recently held in Hyderabad city. Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi won top honors, bagging most of the awards.
Currently Swaroop RSJ is working for his next project Mishan Impossible, which is bankrolled by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy under the banner Matinee Entertainment. The production house Matinee Entertainment congratulated Swaroop RSJ on winning the ‘Best Debut Director’ award at SIIMA 2019 & Sakshi Excellence Awards.
