Salman Khan is busy in his next upcoming production venture LoveYatri, a film in which he introduces two newcomers, Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain. He is known for his no-kissing on-screen rule and recently in an interview, Salman Khan opened up about his no kissing rule. Salman Khan said, “I don’t think s*x or skin can sell a film.”
Salman Khan opened up about an incident where he was watching an English film at his home with his family members. When a kissing scene popped up on the screen, the family got awkward. They turned their heads to avoid watching the kissing scenes on the screen. And once the kissing scene stopped, the family started watching the film again. He added, “There is no need of these gimmicks to make the movie successful. According to me, these gimmicks don’t work in favour of films, I am just saying they are not a necessity in cinema.”
Salman Khan also revisited an incident from the sets of his first movie, Maine Pyar Kiya, in which he shared the screen space with Bhagyashree. He said, “In my first film, when Sooraj Barjatya asked me to rub the balm on the feet of Bhagyashree, i did it but after shutting my eyes. I don’t think s*x or skin can sell a film. This is not my way of making movies.”
