Young Rebel star Prabhas who is basking in the glory of SS Rajamouli’s directorial ventures Baahubali:The Beginning, Baahubali 2:The Conclusion, is currently busy in his next upcoming movie ‘Saaho’, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Sujeeth Reddy of Run Raja Run fame.
Following the huge success of Baahubali in North, producer Bhushan Kumar’s T Series has joined hands with UV Creations, a leading production house in South, to present the action and romantic entertainer in the markets of North.
It is heard that ‘Saaho’ non-South India rights are acquired by T Series at a whopping price of Rs 300 Cr. This includes theatrical rights and digital rights of the film. Now from selling it to satellite to digital providers, from releasing in theatres in India and abroad, T Series will own every bit of it.
If the news is true then Saaho makers are already in a profit zone. The budget of the film is estimated at 200 Cr for the first copy. In that case, Hindi rights alone fetched 100 Cr profits for UV creations .
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead and Neil Nitin Mukesh as the main antagonist. Apart from them, the film has others stars like Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Tinnu Anand, Aditya Srivastava, Narendra Jha, Murali Sharma, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey and others in important role. Saaho is expected to hit the theaters next year.
