After a long gap of 8 years, the national award winning actress Tabu made her comeback in Telugu film Industry with Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer action and romantic film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which was helmed by creative and talented film maker Trivikram Srinivas. The movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which was arrived at the theaters on the occasion of Sankranthi, has emerged blockbuster at the box office and is still running successfully. The massive success of Trivikram Srinivas’ directorial venture has made Tabu the go-to actress for author-backed roles in Telugu film Industry. Number of film makers are trying to rope Tabu on the board for their project but her remuneration is giving shock to everyone.
The reports are coming that after the release of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, several Telugu filmmakers have been making a beeline to approach Tabu for their movies. However, Tabu is said to be demanding a whopping Rs 1 crore as her remuneration for the movies. Though few film makers dropped the idea to rope Tabu but few who can afford Tabu’ fat paycheck are still trying to get her dates.
On the work front, Tabu will be next seen in upcoming Hindi film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, directed by directed by Anees Bazmee. The film has Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan in the lead roles.
