According to the latest update, milky beauty Tamannah Bhatia bought the apartment from builder Sameer Bhojwani. It is said that she paid Rs 80,778 per sqft, which is double the price than the ongoing rate in the area.
Tamannah Bhatia spent a whopping Rs 16.60 crore for the property that holds the value of approximately Rs 4.56 crore. The apartment is on the 14th floor of the 22-storey apartment named Bayview and it has a view of the sea from all the four sides. It has also come out that Tamannah Bhatia is planning to spend another Rs 2 crore on the interior and decor of her new house. It is said that milky beauty paid Rs 80,778 per sqft, which is double the price than the ongoing rate in the area.
Her house document has listed Sameer Bhojwani as the seller and Tamannah Bhatia and her mother Rajani Bhatia as the purchasers. Currently Bhatia family resides in the Lokhandwala complex and it is expected that very soon Bhatia family will move to this new house.
On the work-side, Tamannah Bhatia will be next seen in Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which will hit the theaters on 2nd October. In Bollywood she was last seen in director Chakri Toleti’s Khamoshi.
