Tata Motors has revealed the much awaited Tata Punch EV. This electric vehicle will soon be launched by the automobile company. And now the bookings of this model have also started. This electric SUV can be booked on the company’s official website or dealership showrooms with a token amount of 21,000. Even if the bookings are cancelled, the money will be refunded in 3-4 days. Tata Punch EV variants and their key features have been revealed.
There are 5 variants of the Tata Punch EV electric vehicle. They are- Smart, Smart+, Adventure, Empowered, Empowered+. This punchy EV will be available in 4 monotone and 5 dual tone exterior colors. Monotone shades are- Seawood Green, Daytona Grey, Fearless Red, Pristine White.
Now let’s know the features available with each variant here-
Tata Punch EV Smart : This is a new electric SUV base variant. It comes with LED headlamps, smart digital LED daytime running lights. It also gets a multi-mode regenerative braking system. As far as safety is concerned, this SUV has features like 6 airbags and Electronic Stability Program (ESP).
Tata Punch EV Adventure : In this, in addition to the features of the smart variant, front fog lamps, optional sunroof, cruise control, 17.78cm Harman touchscreen. Infotainment system, Apple CarPlay-Android Auto connectivity are available. Electronic parking brake and auto hold function are also coming.
Tata Punch EV- Empowered : This is a mid range variant . Along with the features of the Adventure variant, it gets dual tone exterior paint, 16 inch diamond cut alloy wheels, air purifier with air quality index, 17.78 cm digital cockpit. Pitt instrument cluster, 26.03 cm Harman touchscreen HD infotainment system are available. Auto fold ORVM, optional sunroof and SOS features are also coming.
Tata Punch EV- Empowered+ : The top end variant of this Tata Punch EV comes with leatherette seats, wireless smartphone charger, ventilated front seats, 26.03 inch digital Cockpit instrument cluster, arcade.EV ad suite are available. There will also be a blind spot view monitor and a 360 degree camera setup.
Tata Punch EV price details are not available at present. Meanwhile, the ex-showroom price of this model is Rs. 12 lakhs- Rs. There is talk that it may be in the middle of 14 lakhs.
