The Meteorological Department has issued a latest alert to Hyderabadis who are worried about the rains. It said that the rain is likely in many parts of the city in the next two days. According to the announcement of the Meteorological Department, rain is likely to occur in many parts of the city on 24th and 25th of this month March. Various alerts have been issued for the 6 zones of the city depending on the level of rainfall.
Meteorological Department revealed on twitter: ISOLATED – SCATTERED RAINS AHEAD Next 3-4days, there will be isolated – scattered T-storms in Telangana mainly parts of East TS. Only few lucky areas will get rains and many areas will miss the rains Hyderabad too similarly, only isolated – scattered rains ahead next 4 days.
Yellow alert has been issued for major areas like Charminar, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, Secunderabad and Serilingampally. The Meteorological Department has stated that there will be rains with thunder and lightning.. and has warned the residents of the city to be alert.
It is advised to come out only if it is necessary. It said that people in low-lying areas should be more careful. It is known that the heavy rains have occurred in Telugu states recently. Hail and lightning rains occurred in many districts.
