After Komaram Puli the actress was seen in a few other Telugu movies like Om 3D and Guntur Talkies 2. She has acted in more than 30 films in Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. Recently she was also in the news headlines when she said that didn’t like the PAN Indian blockbuster RRR.
Nikesha Patel busted the rumor and revealed that the news of her wedding are baseless and there is no truth. Nikesha Patel took to her Instagram handle and stated that the news about her marriage was completely false. On the work front, Pawan Kalyan co star took a break from films after her Tamil movie Market Raja MBBS in 2019.
In 2018, Nikisha Patel had expressed her wish to marry iconic dancer-actor Prabhudheva. But later she said denied the reports and said that Prabhudheva was just a friend to her and that there was nothing more to their relationship.
