Anyone’s hope is to get more interest in a short period of time for the investment. A producer from the Telugu industry has been arrested by the police.
It has become common for some movie producers to get involved in cheating cases. The police have arrested a famous Telugu producer in the case of cheating hundreds of people by promising high interest. Atluri Narayana Rao, who produced movies like Needi Naadi Oke Katha and Girlfriend, has been arrested by the police in the fast moving consumer goods racket case.
On 1st December, CCS police detained Atluri Narayana Rao, arrested him and produced him in Hyderabad Nampally Courts. It seems that there are many cases against Narayana Rao in the past. Earlier there were allegations against him that he cheated hundreds of people and collected Rs 530 crores in the name of chocolate distribution and dealership. A few others Gude Rambabu, Krishnam Raju of West Godavari district who were the masterminds of the case were arrested by the police in Andhra last month.
Meanwhile, there are reports that the police have filed a petition in the Nampally court to hand over Narayana Rao to police custody for further investigation.
