The government of India has given permission to open the theaters and multiplexes from October 15th with 50 percent occupancy. Other Standard of Procedure will be issued very shortly.
With the theaters and multiplexes going to be opened after more than 7 months, the Entertainment industry will breathe a sigh of relief and they are requesting the government to open the theaters for the past couple of months as lakhs of people are dependant on theaters and cinemas.
With the theaters finally opening, now the concentration turned towards the strategy to be followed by exhibitors and distributors.
On the other side, films like Uppena, Solo Bratuke So Better, Red, 30 Rojullo Preminchatam Ela, Aranya are looking for the theaters to be reopened. Which of them will take the forward step after the theaters opening turns out to be interesting.
