The murder of BJP leader and actress Sonali Phogat is a crucial issue. The Goa government has decided to hand over the investigation of the case to the CBI. At first everyone thought that Sonali Phogat’s death was a normal death. After that news came out that she was killed according to a well-planned plan. With this, people started demanding to reveal the person who committed this murder.
Similarly, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that an inquiry should be made with the CBI as per her daughter’s request. At the same time, the Chief Minister of Goa made some key comments. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that he had complete faith in the state police.. but the pressure coming from the people and the demand of the deceased’s family members decided to hand over the case to the CBI.
He said that he has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah asking for an inquiry with the CBI. Sonali Phogat is a woman from Haryana. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal also spoke on this matter. Sonali’s family members expressed their displeasure over the investigation by the Goa police and said that they are handing over the case to the CBI.
Central government has to give permission for the CBI investigation. But Sonali, who was murdered, is a leader of BJP, there are chances that the central government will express positive for this investigation.
