Ram Charan is one of the Telugu hero who helps his fans to be fit. Yesterday Upasana, the wife of Mega Power Star Ram Charan took to her Twitter to share the diet plan of her husband. She posted the official diet plan of Ram Charan during the preparation for the movie Vinaya Vidheya Rama and wrote, “Hard work, Dedication & Discipline ! #ramcharan #vvr diet ! Try the diet ! Stay fit ! Stay healthy ! @rakeshudiyar”
According to the diet plan, which is shared by Upasana, Ram Charan starts taking the food at 8 am in the morning and he takes his last meal at 6 pm. Ram Charan has completely avoided taking coffee, red meat, dairy products, wheat, and sugar fruits. He also omitted the supplements.
Rakesh Udiyar is the fitness trainer for Ram Charan during the film. Rakesh Udiyar is known for giving striking makeovers to superstars like Salmaan Khan and Aamir Khan, for Boyapati Srinu’s movies. It is well known that Ram Charan is going to flex his muscles in the intense character penned by Boyapati Srinu in Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Currently the entire team of Vinaya Vidheya Rama is busy in the promotional activities of the film as it is scheduled to hit the theaters on the occasion of Sankranthi. Apart from the lead pair- Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, the film has other stars like Prashanth, Aryan Rajesh, Sneha and Ananya in pivotal roles.
